Hello! My name is Jonathan Lee. I live in Kansas City, Missouri with my wife of 26 years. Together, we have 6 children, 3 girls and 3 boys, ranging from 7 years to 21 years old. That’s one in elementary, one in junior high, two in high school, and 2 in college. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, but Kansas City has been home since 2009. I completed a Master of Divinity (MDIV) from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California (USC).

Life has always straddled ministry and business. I’ve been a youth minister, a church planter, and I am currently the chaplain of a K-12 Christian private school called the Daniel Academy. I’ve worked for Skechers USA, Sprint Corporation, and a handful of lesser known tech companies. I’ve loved my time in the workplace, at church, at school, and at home raising my kids.

About 18 months ago, I started to feel the ‘winds of change’, that feeling that God is up to something and transition is in the air. I’ve always had a passion and desire to write, and so I began the process of forming a non-profit organization to create, publish, and distribute content for Christian Living. In November of 2023, Father’s House Publishing was established and given the IRS recognition of a 501c3 Tax Exempt Non-Profit.

My hope is to encourage, challenge, and equip pastors, parents, and growing leaders through books, videos, podcasts, and events. These are the 4 current projects in the pipeline:
